Subscriptions for your LIVEpigeon plans are managed in "Manage Billing".


This article describes how to use your Account Settings to help you view and manage subscriptions for your LIVEpigeon account.

Viewing plan subscriptions


To view plan subscriptions

           1. On any page, click the account icon in the top bar, then select "Manage Billing".



           2. In the "My Plan" section, you can view your current subscription and see when your upcoming charge for your subscription will be.


 

           3. Select the "Change Plan" button on the right side view your current plan details. 

      The plan summary includes your current subscription billing cycle and payment information. It also includes:


              1. Product: The list of LIVEpigeon features included in your subscription. For example, max LIVE video duration, streaming limits, etc.

                 2. Plan: The plan type. For example, Base, Standard, Pro, or Zoom.

                 3. Cost: The total cost of the subscription.



Changing Current Plan


In addition to viewing plan subscriptions, you can also change your subscriptions.


To Change Plan Subscriptions

           1. On any page, click the account icon in the top bar, then select "Manage Billing".

          2. Select the "Change Plan" button on the right side view your current plan and change your current subscription.

           3. After looking through the plans, click on "Select Plan" at the bottom of your preferred plan.

         4. Once your plan is selected, click "Update Plan" to confirm changes and immediately change your subscription.


Note: When changing your plan, you will be charged immediately.



Upgrading your account

When upgrading your account, you will be charged a pro-rated amount for the time remaining in you billing cycle. 


Downgrading your account

When downgrading your account, you will be charged for the new plan on your next billing date.


Cancelling an account

In some cases, you may want to cancel your LIVEpigeon account. Account cancellation takes effect at the end of your trial or monthly renewal date. After your account is canceled, you cannot use this LIVEpigeon account or LIVE stream any pre-recorded videos.
