Step 1: Get your LIVEpigeon Smart Embed Code
Once logged in to LIVEpigeon, log into your profile and select "Smart Embed" at the top.
After you're on the Smart Embed page, look for your Facebook Page or YouTube Channel. When you find which channel you want to embed from, click "Copy" to copy the code from.
Note: Whichever page or channel you select will be what is embedded onto your page. Every time you go LIVE to that specific destination, it will also update your embed link on your page.
Step 2: Inserting the code into your ClickFunnels page
Navigate to the funnel page that you'd like to insert this code onto, and open the editor.
At the top of the page in your toolbar, navigate to the 'settings' dropdown click to edit your 'tracking code.'
Paste the LIVEpigeon smart embed link into your header code, and remove everything before the <script> tags.
BEFORE: (You'll want to remove everything before the <script> tag!)
AFTER: (This is what it should look like!)
Now that the main part of the embed code is inserted, now we need to insert the other half of the link to tell LIVEpigeon where on the page to insert the video.
Add an element to your ClickFunnels page where you want the video to appear, and add a "Custom JS/HTML" element.
After your element inserted, click the settings icon to edit the settings.
Set the dropdown to "3rd party embed codes" and then click "open code editor."
This is where you will paste the other half of the code that we removed earlier from your tracking code.
Make sure the <script> tag isn't in the Custom Javascript / HTML element. The <script> should only be in your tracking code header, not in your element. Only the <div> tag should be present in the Custom Javascript / HTML element.
And that's it! Click save and you're all done.
FAQ: Can I add multiple embed codes to my page?
Yes! You absolutely can. You only need to add the <script> tag once into your tracking code, but then you can add as many <div> embeddable elements as you'd like on the page. Embed away! :)
