On LIVEpigeon, different platforms handle scheduling much different from each other. When it comes to Instagram it gets even more complicated on our end, so if you notice that there are a lot of differences between IG and the other platforms, that is why.
Are you are trying to go LIVE with a video from the Incubator Tab but when you click the drop down menu there is no "Schedule" option, only "Go LIVE Now"?
This is caused by Two-Factor Authentication being turned on for the connected Instagram account. LIVEpigeon automatically disables the Schedule functionality of Instagram if Two-Factor Authentication is turned on. This will also remove the option to schedule for Facebook and YouTube if you are trying to multi-stream to Instagram as well as those platforms.
