Step 1: From the YouTube homepage select "YouTube Studio"
Step 2: Select the "Content Tab" in the sidebar
- Then click "Live" in the top bar
- Click on the Live Post you want to change the thumbnail
You can change the Thumbnail of posts that are scheduled for a future date as well!
Step 3: Select the "Upload thumbnail" button and select your image
