What does this error mean?

Unfortunately there is a rare error message that a user can experience when Scheduling to a Facebook Group or Page. This is an error from Facebook itself and not related to LIVEpigeon. When this happens we get sent an error message from Facebook that is caused by a bug inside of the Facebook API. 


Why am I getting this message?

The message we receive from Facebook states: "Please reduce the amount of data you're asking for, then retry your request". We are unsure what triggers this bug, but it is a known bug across many other softwares that utilize Facebook's API. Solution

To resolve this issue simply re-attempt to schedule your post in 3-5 minutes. Since this is a bug unrelated to LIVEpigeon, the easiest way to work around it is to try again shortly afterwards.
