What does this error mean?
This error means that LIVEpigeon isn't able to post from the Facebook account you have logged in as because Facebook has blocked this account. This will result in any attempts to post with this account to be blocked by Facebook.
Why am I getting this message?
Users will receive this error if they have done something to violate Facebooks terms of service. In response, Facebook can block this user from being able to post using that account if they choose to. This is not a problem caused by LIVEpigeon and is a result of individual user activity.
Solution
- Disconnect your Facebook account from LIVEpigeon and then reconnect it
- Connect a different Facebook account to LIVEpigeon
- Reach out to Facebook Customer Support for details on why your account is blocked
