Some users have had an issue when trying to change their Facebook Settings from inside of LIVEpigeon. When they select the "Facebook Settings" button from the Destinations Tab, it brings them to the wrong menu inside of Facebook and they aren't able to access the Business Integrations tab. Here's what it looks like:
The main reason this happens is because users can accidentally switch which account they are logged in with. You will often get this result if you switch to your Facebook Page.
To change it click on your Profile picture in the top right and then select "See all profiles"
Now Select the intended profile you are wanting to change
Now when you go back to LIVEpigeon and select "Facebook Settings" it should bring you to the correct page, which looks like this:
