• Users will be notified if a video fails to go LIVE

• New Sign up Flow

• All LIVEpigeon users will be required to have a valid card on file with their account
• All LIVEpigeon users are now required to have a verified phone number associated with their account.
• Users will be required to verify their phone number upon signing up to LIVEpigeon for the first time and all existing users will be required to add a verified phone number once this update is released.
• We have removed the 14-Day Free Trial from all plans. Now only Base Plan has a 7-day trial.

• We have overhauled all of our existing plans making it more clear for our customers which plan to choose! All previous users on the "Basic Plan" or any Yearly plan are now classified as "Legacy Plans". Click here to learn more about Legacy Plans.

Our goals for changing the old Basic plan were to give users an easier entry point into our software at a lower price. So any new users can come in and use LIVEpigeon at a smaller scale for the reduced price. We removed some of the extra features in order to make up for the lower price point of the plan, while still making it a useful experience for a first time user.

Our goals for changing the old Standard plan were much less direct. We felt that the changes to the Base plan helped bolster the strengths of our Standard option. We have designed this plan for our committed users who regularly utilize LIVEpigeon to go LIVE.

Pro Plan (was Enterprise)

Our goals for changing the old Enterprise plan is the least impactful. We wanted to adjust certain aspects to bring it inline with the same philosophies as the other 2 plans. This plan is meant to be for our biggest Power Users inside of LIVEpigeon!

All users who are currently on our previous Basic Monthly Plan will still have access to all of those plan's features until they change their plan to any of the new ones. Standard Monthly & Enterprise Monthly will be automatically switched to the updated plans upon reaching renewal date. None of the old Plans are available for purchase after the launch of this update 02/29/2024.

All Yearly subscriptions will be grandfathered in until you update your plan.
