Go to the Destinations Tab and click Add Destination
Select "Zoom Account"
Login using your Zoom account
Make sure to download the LIVEpigeon App from this pop-up
Make sure you are checking that your app is up to date with the latest version
Once downloaded, launch the LIVEpigeon.pkg file to install the app
Allow the App to use your Camera and Microphone
When you open the App you will get this warning "System Extension Blocked":
Click "Open System Settings"
Look for: "System software from application "LIVEpigeon" was blocked from loading." and click "Allow"
Once installed, launch the LIVEpigeon App from your 'Applications' folder
Make sure its open by checking the top bar
Go to the Zoom Tab in the left Sidebar
Click "Add Event"
Select your Zoom account and name your Zoom Event
Build out your show in the Show Builder using Videos and Webcam slots
Click "Create Zoom Meeting"
Click "Event Dashboard" to launch the Zoom app on your computer and go to your Event Dashboard in LIVEpigeon
Next set of steps will be done inside of Zoom
Click on "Zoom" in the top left of the screen and select "Settings"
Go to Video settings
Turn off everything except "HD"
Go to Audio Settings
Make sure "Original sound for musicians" is selected
Now exit your settings menu and change your Webcam on Zoom to "LIVEpigeon Camera"
Make sure you turn on "Original Sound for Musicians" by clicking on it in the top right corner of your Zoom meeting
Click on the arrow next to the Webcam icon in Zoom
Select "LIVEpigeon Camera"
Click on the arrow next to the Microphone icon
Under Select a Microphone choose "LIVEpigeon"
Double check that you are only changing your Microphone to LIVEpigeon and NOT your Speaker. If you change your Speaker and cannot hear anything from Zoom, check that your speaker is set to your default output device.
Event Dashboard
Once your settings are correct inside of Zoom go back to LIVEpigeon in your browser
You should now be on the "Event Dashboard"
First thing to notice is the Preview Window where your Webcam will appear
Here you can enable & disable your Camera or Microphone
By disabling your Camera, a Still Image will be shown in it's place
Next you will see the notes section where you can keep track of your Show Schedule
Your Showbuilder is on the left, it shows the order of your show and where you are at in the show
Below the Showbuilder there is a "Next" button and a "Transitions" button
- Next plays the next video in line or whichever video you have selected
- You can add either a 0.5s or 1s transition in between each video
At the bottom of your Dashboard you will see a set of buttons:
Go Back
Launch Zoom - Will open the Zoom App on your computer and join your meeting
App connection - This will display whether or not our software detects the LIVEpigeon App is open
Stream Duration - The total duration you have been LIVE with this event
