If you see this warning, that means a video in your Show Builder was either:

  • Deleted inside the Incubator
  • Expired from the Incubator


If you have a missing video in your Show Builder then you won't be able to go LIVE with it to Zoom until it is resolved. You resolve it by either replacing or deleting the Missing Video.


What can I do if this happens?


Re-upload the original video


Go back to your Incubator and upload the video that was lost


Once uploaded, return to your Show Builder and find your Missing Video


Click the 3-dots and select "Replace Video"


From the pop-up select the re-uploaded video


Remove the Missing Video if you no longer need it


You can always just get rid of any missing videos you no longer need from inside the Show Builder that are preventing you from going LIVE


How do I prevent this from happening in the future?


You can prevent videos from accidentally going Missing from your shows by using our Saved Videos feature in the Incubator. The Zoom plan allows you to save up to 30 videos in your Incubator at once, so utilize that for important videos you will be re-using for multiple shows!


Also make sure you are paying attention to what videos belong to which shows when you are deleting files from your Incubator.
