The Scheduled Section

The "Scheduled" section is where you can keep track of all the streams you've set up to go LIVE later on. It will always display the streams in order from streaming soonest to latest. Your streams will also be color coded for each platform, as well as have the icon for the platform you scheduled for in the top left of each individual scheduling. You can also track certain aspects of your streams, such as how long your stream will last or when your stream will go LIVE. There are some other features included in this section, so let's check those out!

Schedule

Within a few sections of LIVEpigeon, you can choose to schedule your streams in advance. This includes the Dashboard, Incubator, and, of course, the Scheduled section! By selecting the "+ Add Schedule" button, you will swiftly be able to schedule your streams for up to a week in advance. Start in whatever section you like best when scheduling!

Upload/Replace Video

If you've scheduled your content and you accidentally selected the wrong video when scheduling, you can choose to replace it with another video. You can choose to replace it with a video you have yet to upload or you can choose one straight from your Incubator. If you schedule through the Dashboard or Scheduled section, there is also an option to upload your videos later. This is where that option would come in handy! You can scheduled your streams and then upload your videos later when you have your content ready. That way, you can prepare your viewers to tune into your stream while also finishing preparing for the stream yourself.

Embed

If you have a personal website that you would like your stream to show up on, you can do that using our embed feature. This is available with both Facebook Pages and you YouTube channel.

Edit

The "Edit" button allows for you to change thing about your scheduled videos. It lets you change what date and time it will stream at, as well as make adjustments to the title and description. Any changes you make will apply to all your streams that were scheduled together.

Delete

The last important button is the "Delete" button. This will let you delete any stream that you didn't want to go through with. This can be useful if you didn't mean to schedule to a specific platform when scheduling all you streams. This will only delete the scheduling you select and not any of the others that you schedule all together.

View Stream

When schedulings to either Facebook or YouTube, you can click on the thumbnail of your video to be taken directly to where your stream will play on the respective platform. This is always available for YouTube, but is only available for Facebook if you enable "Create LIVE Event" when choosing the date and time when scheduling for Facebook. If it says "Unable to View Post" for Facebook, that means you didn't enable that option when scheduling. Keep this in mind if you want to be able to view your post for your stream before it goes LIVE on Facebook.

And that is that! The Scheduled section is a great way to keep track of your future LIVE streams. It also gives you more options if you are wanting to explore them, as well as back-up options, such as editing and deleting schedulings, if you end up needing them.
