Manage Billing
When using your LIVEpigeon account, you might run into some instances where you would like yo expand your limitations within your current plan. You might also want to check your billing details to make some changes or look at your previous invoices. This can all be done within the "Manage Billing" section of your LIVEpigeon account. This will be found in the drop down when clicking on your profile icon in the top right of your LIVEpigeon account.
My Plan
The "Manage Billing" page has multiple sections within it. The first of those is the "My Plan" section. In this section, you can change your plan you are currently on. This is a great way to look at what each plan has to offer. You can switch between plans at anytime, even switch between monthly or yearly options. You can also cancel your plan here if you need.
Add-Ons
Add-ons are extras you can add onto your plan, either temporary or permanently. Currently, the add-ons we provide are the Day Pass and the Max Pass. The Day Pass upgrades your plan to the next plan up for 24 hours and the Max Pass upgrades you to our Pro Plan for 24 hours. This will allow you to upload files that are larger than your normal plan allows for a short period of time. Day Pass is only available to Basic and Standard users and the Max Pass is a Basic plan exclusive add-on.
Payment Methods
"Payment Methods" is the section relating to payment, quite simply. You can change your primary payment method and also view and download any invoices you've received.
