Analytics

Analytics are where you can track certain stats related to your past LIVE streams. This can be good to see how well your videos are doing. This can help you discover the kind of content that performs better with your viewers so that you can decide whether or not to make more content on that specific topic or not. Let's look at all the features offered in analytics

Comment History

Comment history lets you see all the comments that showed up on your stream while you were LIVE. This is nice because while Facebook shows you all comments from the LIVE stream, YouTube and Instagram do not keep the comments after the stream, so there's no way to see those comments afterwards other than through your LIVEpigeon account.

Comment Timeline

The comment timeline is a quick way to see where in your stream a majority of your viewers were commenting at. This is helpful to track where viewers had questions about the topic of your stream or to quickly jump from one comment to another when viewing them.

Stream Info

This section allows you to see all information regarding the quality of your stream, as well as the total engagement in your stream. You can track what videos were more engaging for your audience and also make sure your video streamed at the highest quality possible.

Comments Over Time

Lastly, you can see when you peaked with your comments over time and when comments were at their lowest in your stream. You can see where viewers got more excited about your video and then see where maybe you might have lost their attention for a while.

You can use all this info to improve your videos and help make your content more engaging for your audience. This is completely optional, but it is available to all subscriptions in LIVEpigeon. Feel free to check it out if you are interested to see how your content is performing with your viewers.
