If you aren't able to go LIVE to your pages, there could be some things you need to do before you can. Here is what you need to know:
Make sure you are an admin of your Page
This is the step you should always start on. If you aren't the owner/admin of a Page, you won't be able to even connect to the Page in LIVEpigeon. You can check this by clicking on your profile icon in the top right of Facebook. In the dropdown, you should see your name and then any Pages you are an admin of. If you don't see your Page in this list of when clicking "See all profiles", you are not an admin. Reach out to an admin of that page to be invited as an admin. Once you accept, you should be able to select your Page in LIVEpigeon.
Make sure you have at least 100 followers of your Page
This a new rule that Facebooks has. In order to go LIVE, you must have at least 100 followers of that page. If you don't, try inviting more people to follow your page!
Make sure you have the LIVEpigeon app installed in your Facebook
This is a possible issue. The LIVEpigeon app is need to go LIVE to your Page. When you first connect to Facebook in LIVEpigeon, we automatically download the app in the process. Here are the steps on how to check that:
1. Click on your profile picture in the top right of Facebook. Select "Settings and privacy" and then continue to your settings from there.
2. On the left side toolbar, scroll down until you see "Business integrations".
3. You should see LIVEpigeon in your installed apps.
