Have you ever tried to go LIVE with a video before, but it is outside of your current plans limit? There is a way to bypass your plan limits for 24 hours! You can do this by purchasing either a Day Pass or a Max Pass. Let's discuss more about what exactly a Day Pass will do and how to purchase one.


What does the Day/Max Pass do? 

When you purchase a Day Pass, you will be upgraded to the next tier up from your current subscription for 24 hours. This means that if you are on the Base Plan, you will be set on the Standard Plan for 24 hours after purchasing a Day Pass. The Max Pass is exclusive to the Base Plans and will upgrade your from the Base Plan all the way up to our Pro Plan.


How much does a Day/Max pass cost? 

We have tried to structure the price of the Day/Max Pass so that it will be cheaper for users to purchase a Day/Max Pass for the 24 hour period, rather than upgrading if they won't need it for the whole month. These are the prices for each pass, regardless of your plan:

If you are on our Base Plan and have already purchase a Day Pass, you can purchase another Day Pass for the same price to essentially upgrade to the Max Pass. This will also reset your 24 hour period so that you won't run out of time after purchasing another Day Pass.


How do I purchase a Day/Max pass? 

1. There are two different routes of going about purchasing a Day/Max Pass. For the most common route, go to the Incubator. This is located on the left side panel once you log into your LIVEpigeon account.



For the faster route, go to your profile icon in the top right of your account and then select "Manage Billing". Then skip to step 3.


2. In your Incubator, go to upload your video that exceeds your plan. You will then be prompted with a message notifying you that the video exceeds your current limitations of your plan. You have the options to upgrade if you would like or you can go ahead and select "Purchase Day Pass" from here.



3. You will be taken to your "Manage Billing" section. You should see the option for Day Pass if on the Standard Plan, as well as Max Pass if you are on the Base Plan. Go ahead and select the Pass that you want and complete the purchase on the next page.



4. After complete the purchase, you will see the active Day/Max Pass. This will be reflected in your "Manage Billing" section, as well as at the top of every page. You will see your new daily stream count, as well as a 24 hour countdown showing you how long you have until your Pass expires.
