Instead of exporting a video at higher settings than your stream can accept, this will help you to export your video in a smaller file size that will still keep your stream quality amazing.

The export settings we recommend changing
General Export Settings:
Format: H.264
Preset: High Quality 1080p HD
Resolution: Up to 1080p
Under the "video" settings tab:
Frame Rate: 29.97 fps
Profile: From "High" to "Main"
Target Bitrate: 6 mb/s or "6000" kb/s
